If you find something abandoned in the alley, or on your street, and it has not been removed by regular garbage cleanup, call 604-524-4042 and report it. Please provide very specific instructions as to what the items are and where they are located (e.g. a matress and TV in the alley behind 1500 Barclay Street). You should find that the items will be removed within a day or two. If you continue to see items pile-up in the same area, you should report the landlord to the City of Vancouver so that they can follow-up for payment of removal costs.
